A saturated purple/black in color, it offers complex notes of pain grillé, spice box, leather, tobacco, black currant, and black cherry.  Thick and sweet on the palate, flavors of cassis, blackberry,herbs, and mineral emerge followed by a pure, 60-second finish.  Give it 5-7 years to evolve in the bottle and drink it through 2030.
