Pulenta Gran

Pulenta Gran wines are the result of a distinctive winemaking style based on the combination of handwork and technology. The grapes are harvested in the morning to keep them at low temperatures. Once in the winery, the clusters are carefully sorted and the best berries picked. All the wines are aged in French oak barrels.
